A free community service

Tokrate displays observed coding-agent performance and provides local companion applications. Public results are free to view without an account. Public registration, paid subscriptions and purchases are not offered. Administrative accounts are restricted to authorized operators.

Using local monitoring does not require contributing measurements. Community sharing requires a separate, affirmative choice in consent-enabled clients. Reading or accepting these terms is not consent to sharing. See our privacy notice.

Understand the measurements

Results are observations of different real workloads, not controlled benchmarks or guarantees of provider performance. Whole-turn throughput includes tools, reasoning and waiting. Source-specific definitions, sample size and uncertainty matter. Tokrate does not measure answer quality or verified streaming speed and cannot promise the best model for a task. Alerts indicate observed changes subject to evidence thresholds; they are not proof of a worldwide outage. Read the methodology.

During Early data mode, results can reflect one contributor. Public-key signatures authenticate submitted messages, not the truth of measurements or independent people. We may exclude invalid or abusive reports and correct results.

Responsible use

Use the service lawfully. Do not deliberately submit fabricated measurements, impersonate another contributor, bypass reasonable rate limits, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access. Do not send prompts, source code, credentials or agent transcripts to the contribution API or public issue tracker. Review your employer's policies before contributing from a work device.

Software and intellectual property

The companion source code is available under its MIT license; that license governs the software and is not replaced by these service terms. The website and backend are proprietary. Third-party dependencies retain their own licenses. Product and provider names belong to their owners; Tokrate is an independent service without implied endorsement.

Windows and Linux builds are alpha releases with the testing limitations stated on the download page. Software update checks have a separate setting; installation is your choice.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care to operate the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of community reports. Maintenance, insufficient observations or security incidents may interrupt publication. Keep your own work and backups independent of Tokrate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Changes and ending use

You may stop using Tokrate at any time. Turning sharing off stops future contributions but does not itself erase reports already received; the privacy notice explains retention and requests. We may change or discontinue features and restrict abusive access. Material changes to these terms will be published here with an updated date. Changes to optional processing that require fresh consent will not be treated as accepted through silence.

Applicable law and disputes

Spanish law applies, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights in your country of habitual residence where applicable. We do not require consumers to waive those rights or submit disputes exclusively to a distant court. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
